We bring receipts
Two growth engagements, documented from client commercial systems. Same shape both times: commercial infrastructure installed, a second revenue engine found inside the business that already existed, a founder who can see her numbers forward. Alongside them, six months building the business behind Naked Beauty, and the Fractional Chief Growth Officer seat we hold today.

What was built
A July 2025 price rise delivered with zero attrition. A third team member modelled two ways, as a hire and as room rental, so the decision was a comparison rather than a leap. Turned away demand counted and costed, which turned a scheduling irritation into a number the business could act on. Cancellation leakage measured at 13 percent of booked value.

An 18 month forward model, 9 tabs and 2,162 formulas, with breakeven, cash and scenario planning. 9,124 customers segmented into RFM and win back lists, with the opportunity pipeline quantified and given named owners. Trainer commission and incentives rebuilt on a margin floor. A weekly trade review and a five pillar leadership model.
